I have Outlook 2003, Win XP SP2. I connect to the Internet via my local
cable ISP provider and use the Cisco VPN to connect to my company's network
from home. I establish a VPN connection and then open Outlook. When I open
Outlook, I cannot send/receive emails. I notice that my Outlook status bar
says I am "disconnected" In reality, I am connected to the Internet and
connected to VPN. I always have to uncheck the option "Work Offline" every
time in order to change to the "connected" mode. Once I uncheck the option, I
am back online and connected. "Work Offline" is automatically checked when I
open Outlook the next day...
Any thoughts?
