Hi all,
We have a strange one that I haven't been able to figure out.
If we send a link to a page to our internal Sharepoint site, Outlook has no
problems opening the link in IE.
If we send a link to a document (any file type) stored on our internal
Sharepoint site, clicking on the link in Outlook does nothing.
We have tried this with Outlook 2003 and 2007 with the same results. Our
users are running a mix of IE 6 and 7 as we're just in the middle of
upgrading Office and IE for everyone.
The document links are good though, we can copy and paste them both into IE
or into the Run command and the files open fine.
We haven't been able to find anything on the MS site or when we Google the
problem.
Any suggestions would be appreciated.
Thanks,
Nancy
