ATTACHMENTS OFTEN DON'T GET --- ATTACHED! I would like to see an option
whereby you could choose to have a POP UP ask you if you are ready to send
the email WHEN ANY FORM OF THE WORD "ATTACH" is included in the subject or
body of the email AND THERE IS NO ATTACHMENT.

They do get attached. It's a problem with you, not the program. SCREAMING
is not going to change just whose fault it was that the attachment was
missing.

Yes, let's have a popup for every bonehead stupidity ever committed by any
user. Let's have thousands of prompts when trying to send based on every
user that screwed up and wants the software to cover for the user's error.

Oh, so it is Outlook's fault that YOU forget to attach a file. Uh huh. It
must be the fault of Levi's that you forget to put on your pants when you
leave for work.

Outlook is extensible through macros and add-ons. See:

Oh, I thought you wanted a solution. A suggestion is not a question.
