Outlook option to print only last message in thread to save paper

I notice that we are using a huge amount of paper in our office printing out
e-mail messages in their entirety. If the option existed in MS Outlook to
print only the last message (or the last 2 or 3) in a thread then this waste
of paper could be avoided and a few forests saved.

Depending on the message format, you can choose how many pages of the email
to print. also, if using word as your editor, you can click Forward, print
then close the forward. This allows you to remove the list of names which
can reduce paper usage too.
