Outlook option turn OFF the reading pane in ALL (or new) folders.

Outlook 2003 -- I hate the reading pane. The first thing I do on a new
installation is to turn off the reading pane on every Outlook folder. BUT
THEN, I have to turn it off again on every new folder I create. An option to
permanently turn off the reading pane in all folders (old and new) would be
great, but at least an option to turn it off for all newly created folders.

The techniques shown here should do the job:

Also, you can just start Outlook with the /nopreview command line switch.
