Hello,

I would like to create a sorting option in my e-mail accounts where I can
"Flag" an e-mail with client name that it pertains to. For example I receive
a resume from my recruiting deptartment for a specific store and I would like
to in my message list be able to see that this message is relative to that
store without having to open the body of the e-mail. I was hoping to utilize
a simular sorting process that Outlook already has in place with the flags
that they offer. Accept there are not enough flags for my application and I
thought I might be able to create a field that allows be to utlize a drop
down menu like the flags but with the store list that I have. Any
suggestion? Is this level of personalization available in Outlook?

You can't add more flags and you can't personalize the existing ones very
well. You can type different words in the Flag for field, but you'll need to
type it each time, outlook doesn't remember previous entries in that field.
