Outlook "Other Calendars" view

We have an Exchange 2003 Server. We have a few Public Calendars setup. I
have added these public folders to "Favorites" which make them show up under
the "Other Calendars" view. Just recently these have disappeared. I cannot
figure out how to get them back (re-adding them to Favorites does not fix
it). It is a real pain to have to maneuver through the folder lists to get
to this Public Calendar.

you can try opening outlook using the /resetnavpane switch - it'll wipe out
changes you made to the nav pane.
