Outlook - Out of office assistant does not work

Hi

My problem is that one of the user's email account when
set on his out of office assistant it doesn't work at
all. Doesn;t auto-reply the msg he inserted.

Does anyone have a resolution on this? User is on office
2000 windows 2000 and exchange 5.5.

If you are using Exchange, ensure that the Exchange extensions are enabled
under Tools->Options->Other->Advanced button under Add-in Manager.
