Outlook Out of Office.

Hello.
Has anyone ran across the following error message, and if
so, how do you fix it?
This is happening with Outlook 2002, 2003. Exchange 5.5
Thank you for any help you can give.

The Out of Office Assistant could not be displayed.
A required action was not successful due to an unspecified
error
