Outlook: outbind://

I have a user that when they reply to an email and use their auto-signature,
they get send the following:

outbind://102-00000000AA4A6AABF249F2488EAC72FC1B721BBC070068211DBBADA4F94D98D1CDB17FD8CDDE0000001D25CF000068211DBBADA4F94D98D1CDB17FD8CDDE00000032D2EC0000/cid:759094220@15102004-05AE

Can someone help me out.
