I use Norton internet security. In order to receive email from my POP3 server
in Outlook express or Outlook, I have to turn OFF the firewall in Norton.
This only started happening a few months ago. I am wondering if there was an
update to Nortons or the Outlook programs which causes this problem? If so,
how is it corrected without turning off the firewall and putting my computer
at risk??
