outlook password issues

I have 3 computers on my network, this desktop acts as the server, this
desktop is having with the network password being recognized, i can send msg,
but not recieve them. the other 2 desktops use outlook express; does that
effect it? we have office 2003, i have been using this setup this way for 4
years and 3 weeks ago when i opened outlook it will not recieve e-mails. i
contacted Norton and did a live chat, norton is not the problem; i contacted
dell, the Office package was pre-packaged, they could not help me solve the
issue, they suggested an un-install and reinstall, did that still not working
right, CAN ANYBODY help me!!!!!!!!

If you test the Outlook mail accounts you should get a relevent err msg
(within OL)
Personnally if you have Norton intergrated into OL I would uninstall Norton,
use their comompletely remove tool, reboot the PC & retest OL

Even if you forget the password for the encrypted PST file, you can
still decrypt it by using Advanced Outlook Repair. Advanced Outlook
Repair can decrypt all the encrypted data and convert it into a new
