Outlook Password window opens every 5 minutes

I use my e-mail all day, every day. When I am in Outlook 2003, the
username - password window opens every 5 or 10 minutes for no reason.
The password is already entered ( in hash ) and if I click OK it goes
away. This is very annoying and I don'trecall changingany settings, it
just started to happen one day. My ISP suggested uninstalling and
reinstalling Outlook but is seems to me there should be a better way
to fix this. Any Suggestions??

Thanks
