Outlook peaks 100% CPU

I'am working on a PC with windows 2000 Prof. SP4. I installed Microsoft Office 2000 Premium UK-version + Microsoft Office 2000 Multilanguage Pack DISC 5 because I want to use the Dutch Language
After that I installed Office 2000 Service Release 1a (O2ksr1dl.exe)
Then I installed Office 2000 SP-3 + Office 2000 SR-1 Multilanguage pack. The installation of the Multilanguage Pack failed because " I don't have the assumed version of the product "
Then I installed the last 7 Security updates that Microsoft proposes
When I use Outlook in the English Language, it works fine. When I swith the language of Office to Dutch then the CPU use raises to 99% and stays at 99%
What can I do to resolve this ?

Couple of thoughts...

1) Outlook 2000 is configured in Internet Mail Only mode and you have a
reminder set on an item. (SP3 for Office/Outlook introduced a bug that is
fixed by
http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/...CF-452A-4313-A402-B50C4405580A&displaylang=en)

2) http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;en-us;318794 (This fix
is included in SP3 for Office/Outlook 2000.)

Hi
1) I'am not using Outlook in Internet Mail Only mode. I'am using an exchange 2000 server
2) SP3 for Office is already installed
