Outlook pegs Processor

I am working a problem for an enduser. When she opens Outlook, the laptop
pegs the processor at 100%. Looking through the Event Viewer, the only
anamoly I spot is an error for "WSACancel BlockingCall". I searched TechNet
and found 0 results. Any ideas would be appreciated. Thanks.
