Outlook Permission Problems

L

LDowe

We have multiple users sharing calendars and sub-calendars. When they apply
permissions they are not being propagated to the sub-calendars. The users are
receiving the "Unable to expand folder" errors. The only way around this is
to apply permissions through Active Directory. This way they see all of the
subs. Problem is though, we have to assign Full Access in order for this to
happen. Is there another way to let the users gain access to these subs?

Permissions applied in outlook do not propagate down to subfolders. You need
to apply the permissions to the folders from outlook.
