Outlook Personal Folder problem - help

I have created a personal folder, that I file e-mails to,
lately it worked fine for a long time. Then I was moving
an e-mail to a folder in my personal folder and I get the
following message

" Can't move the items. The item could not be moved. It
was either already moved or deleted, or access was denied"

The first time this happen, I went throughall the
properties settings trying to figure it out, ending up
creating a new personal folder file, transferred all the
folders from the old pst file and it work fine for about
two weeks, then it happen again. Can anybody help or have
any ideas ?

Gene, you may have reached the limit on your PST personal
folders. It is supposed to allow you up to 2 gigs.
However, I have seen this happen at smaller amounts.
You have the right idea, create a 2nd personal folder, but
don't move ALL of you original folders. Just move some
of them to your new folder. Keep your original PERSONAL
FOLDER. In other words spread out your data into at least
two PST files.
