One of my users left the company yesterday. Before she
left, she saved all her emails into a "password" protected
PST file. I have complete access to Exchange
Administrator and access to her mailbox on the server. I
can see her mailbox and can even login as her. However,
how do I unlock her PST file?
I am sure other companies probably experience similar
problems like these in their organizations.
