Outlook & Picture Manager

Picture Manager has stopped sending via Outlook. Does anyone know how to
mend this.

"The message could not be created. If Outlook is running make sure it has
no open dialog boxes, and then try again."

Office 2003 on XP SP1. No open dialogs. Outlook is the default mail client.

Just a suggestion, but have you tried detect and repair in either Picture Manager or Outlook?
