Outlook Pop-up when opening outlook

When I click on outlook to open it I get this message- 'C:\Documents and
Settings\Bob\Application Data\Microsoft\AddIns\C:\Program Files\Microsoft
Office\Office\SBCMSYNC.DLL' is not a valid Office Add-in. I have to close
this box before outlook begins loading my messages. Any help? thanks

Remove this addon using the Add on Manager. Tools>Options>Other>Advanced
Options>Add on Mgr.
