Outlook prevent me to edit or send email greyed out buttons

Hi, my Send, New, Reply, Forward buttons are greyed out (unable to use) other
areas of Outlook 2003 are greyed out as well. It's like it is locked. I
receive email and can view them with no problem. Please help.

This means you either don't have an account configured in Outlook or you
haven't activated your version of Outlook yet.

Roady, thank you for your reply. I have accounts set up, several in fact
with no problems. I did a reinstall a few weeks ago or at least my computer
tech did. Could I need to activate it at this time. I have had zero issues
for several weeks now, then all of sudden. Thanks again.

You can use Office inactivated for a limited period of time. This grace
period may have expired now. Contact your computer tech to activate it for
you.
