OUTLOOK-PRINTING FORM

Y

Greetings,

I have created a form in OUTLOOK (2003) with multiple
controls and fields on it and it is sent. When received
and the user tries to print it, all the defined fields
appear. How do I print the e-mail in the standard format?

Thanks

For each control, you can use its Properties dialog to clear the "include
this field when saving and printing" box.

Sue,

I believe you provided input on a question I had
yesterday in regard to checkboxs and that work and also
answered another question that I had.

Again, thanks for the input on this one, I will try it.

Greetings,

I removed the check mark from the properties box for the
item under the validation tab, "Include this field for
Printing and Save As' and I still get the field
descriptions after receiving and printing the message.
Any other ideas.

Thanks,

Mike K.

Did you make that change in the item or the form?

Beware, though, that XPrint is supported only in Outlook 2000 and has some
serious limitations that require workarounds (like not printing item bodies
or message recipients). XPrint would also have to be installed on the
recipient's computer.
