Outlook Printing Problem - At my wits end

I have one brand new machine running XP Pro fully patched and Office XP
Patched. For some reason Outlook will not print certain emails. It's telling
me "printer not ready". I can't see any difference in the emails that can
print and the emails that can't and it's driving me crazy. I've even tried
putting outlook 2003 and it does the same thing. Every other app on the
computer can print fine. It doesn't matter if the printer is local or
networked or which printer it is. I've googled this for hours and not found
anything relevant

Any insight is greatly appreciated.
