Outlook printing random emails

I support computers for a small company, and i have one user that has outlook 2003 installed. This user reports that random emails will print without any kind of notice. I have verified and this is not coming from a 3rd party pdf printing or such. I have deleted all printers, reinstalled office from scratch, ran virus/spyware scans, and have even replaced the keyboard(why not nothing else worked). Still having this problem. Any ideas on what might be causing this?
