When printing outy in 'phone book' style the contents of
the left column of all 3 pages are all overprinted on the
left column of page 1. All other columns are OK. I have
changed printer, rebooted, changed settings, sworn and
threatened violence but the result is the same. All other
modes print normally Any ideas?
