Outlook Problem after Office 2003 SP1 Install

I just installed Office 2003 SP1. After the install,
Outlook had a different look and my Folders were empty.
How do I switch between the old and new look and how do I
get my messages back? Thanks.

How many .pst files do you have referenced under File->data file management?

the (insert latest virus name here) virus, all mail sent to my personal
account will be deleted without reading.

After searching google.groups.com and finding no answer, ERS asked:
