Outlook problem after Office XPSP3 UPdate

Since installing the SP3 update, I have experience
problems with Outlook mail. I still receive
intermittently, but cannot send. I either get a message:
Task 'mail.bigplanet.com - Sending and Receiving'
reported error (0x800CCC67) : ' The server
responded: ?"nd/Receive Status 100% ? '

or: Task 'mail.bigplanet.com - Sending' reported error
(0x800CCC67) : ' The server responded: 421 Server too
busy'

Is this a problem with Outlook, and how do I fix it, or a
problem with my ISP?

Had the same issue, rebooted to draw some positive
conclusion, but only negative as a result. System hangs,
and an unusable system. Taking the drastic steps to
recover... Anyone else having these issues after Office
2003 update this week?
