outlook problem after project install

I have installed MS project 2007 onto my computer. Now every time I receive
an email in outlook I get a dialog box that has a progress bar in it that
says configuring MS Project 2007 and the progress bar goes from 0 to 100%,
goes away, and I get the new email. This happens for each email that I
receive.
Any idea how to fix this?

Tried doing a repair on Project already? Obviously something is wrong with
its installation base. Also make sure that you have applied Service Pack 2
to both Office and Project.
