Outlook problem after service pack 3 install

Installer SP3 OK as far as I can tell. When I try to open Outlook I get this
message, "unable to display folder microsoft outlook. Could not access the
specified folder location. The .DLL file for the information service could
not be found. MAPI was unable to load the information service PSTPRX.DLL. Be
sure the service is correctly installed and configured".Can anyone help me
with this?

After furious head scratching, Nb asked:
