Outlook problem on Win XP with Multiple Users

Hi,

I ma running Win XP Home, and am using Outlook 2002.
When I just have one user account, the program works
fine, but when I added my wife and son as second and
third accounts (they have icons at the login screen. My
wife has administrator access but son does not.

When I access outlook (or when my wife or son does) the
following error occurs:

"Visual C++ Debug Library
Program C:\Progra~1\Micros~3\office10\OUTLOOK.EXE
abnormal program termination
Press Retry to debug the operation"

When I press retry, the message comes up that
says "outlook has experienced an error and has to close,
do you want to send an error report?"

This only happened after I added the additional users and
tried to receive e-mail on the accounts. Is there any
help out there? I have loaded the SP# fomr the support
website.
