Outlook Problem when opening it.

Two of my users are experiencing the same problem. They close Outlook, then when they open it back up, it says it cannot locate the Exchange server. DNS is setup correctly. I have tested it several times. I then re-setup the Outlook profile and it connect just fine. But once they close it again, it cannot connect again until I reset it again. Any ideas!
