Outlook problem with relative links in HTML e-mail (outbind)

Hi,

When I receive an HTML e-mail with relative links and click on one, a
dialog staging "Locate Link Browser" pops up. When I mouseover the
link the tool tip states something like the following.

outbind://12A2DAD1ADE1DAED3A2EA121EAFEAF2EAF12AE1EA1F2/#link

Any idea what would cause this behavior or how to fix it?

Did you ever fix this, I have a similar issue.
Can't find any info on Outbind protocal on the web really.

Any help would be appreciated.
