Outlook Problem

Problem Description: I just purchased Office 2003 and
installed it. Word, Excel and Powerpoint seem to work
fine. When I go to open Outlook, I receive a window with
the following message:

"Cannot start Microsoft Office Outlook. Unable to open
the Outlook window. The set of folders could not be
opened."

How do I get Outlook to open?
