Outlook problems

I need to know the procedure to sign up an account in Outlook? I can´t do it
myself without asking someone. For the moment i use another mailaccount and
want to hAVE Outlook as standard.

Please help me!

You dont exactly sign up to an account with Outlook

Your ISP - Internet Service Provide - provides you with an account and you
use the information provided to set up 'that' account in Outlook.
How you do that depends on your version of Outlook
