Hello again!

I wrote a while ago about my problem but now it seems that you deleted my
post whitout giving me a serious answer so please DO NOT DELETE THIS until I
got an answer.

Problem 1.
I'm responsible of 20 computers in my company and 2 of them has the
configuration Win XP and Office 2000 in this configuration I cannot
customize the "outlook today" page, the hyperlink does not work, why?

Problem 2.
The other problem is that notification on new mail doesn't seem to work
correct.
I have to click on a mail or switch catalog in outlook to see if I got a new
mail, it does not pop up automaticly even if I have choose in settings to do
that.

All of the computers with this problem is fully updated.
They are configured with both Win XP, Office XP and some computers has Win
2000 and Office 2000 installed.

I really need help with this.

/regards Fallis

Newsgroup posts are deleted from different servers around the world
according to the policies of different hosts. Archives may be found at
Google Groups.

Your issues might get more attention on an Outlook newsgroup.

Problem One:

OL2000: You Cannot Customize Outlook Today After You Install Critical Update
813489 for Internet Explorer:

Problem Two:

Windows XP-Based Clients Do Not Receive "New Mail" Notification Messages
After You Install Service Pack 1
http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;en-us;815052&Product=ol2002

As you can see, both solutions to your problems are available via the
Microsoft Knowledge Base Library. While waiting for someone else to answer
your problems, a little research on your own would have yielded the answers
a lot sooner.
