Outlook/Prodigy e-mail error sending

Guys,
A new computer for a relative had windows 98 and running outlook express
using PRODIGY internet dial up access. When I had her upgrade and buy a new
computer I tried to setup her computer as it was before but now running a
full version of outlook (an office). She can get prodigy e-mails but can't
send them. So I can't get it to work. Any idead of PRODIGY was affected
with the new Outlook policies that Microsoft applied? or anyone wit h
experience making Prodigy work?
I have searched for "prodigy" in this forum and only found an answered
message.

thanks for the help in advance,

Have you queried Prodigy's website for information? What "doesn't work?"
