Outlook Prof cal should have privilege level that prevents private

Outlook Professional Calender can grant privilege levels to other users to
view/modify appointments. But there is no privilege level that allows
another user to see all appointments outside of those that are private. That
would be a good feature, if it is not already in a later version.
