Outlook Profile Generatio Utility error message

I'm using Windows XP with Outlook 2003 and I'm constantly getting this
annoying error message about a mishapp in using "MS Outlook Profile
Generation Utility" (concerns Newprof.exe...msmapi32.dll) at startup.
Does anybody have a clue how to fix this?
Sorry to say but Microsoft support pages just doesn't offer any help in this
issue...
