Outlook Profile Generation Utility errror

Hi, I'm using Windows XP with Outlook 2003 and I'm
constantly getting this error message at every Outlook
startup about an mishapp in using "MS Outlook Profile
Generaton Utility". Does anybody have a tip how to fix
this? Microsoft Support pages doesn't offer any
help! /Roger
