Outlook Profile Generation Utility (ProfGen)

Hello,
I have been using the Outlook Profile Generation Utility
and it's great, but on some newer laptops it seems to
crash? I am wondering if there's any reason for it
working 95% of the time but in some cases it just throws
a fatal error..
