Outlook profile problems

I have a Windows Xp for tablet PC on which I run Outlook 2003. I also have
an HP iPAQ mobile (not phone enabled) whihc I synchronize with the my emails
tasks contacts etc via outlook. This has been working well. Recently I had
some hardware problems and some email problems. The iPAQ is synchronizing
but not updating information in my outlook folders (tasks/contacts emails).
It is saying I am opening outlook using a different profil although it
appears to be the right profile (all the right information and recent
tasks/contacts). It is giving an error code of 0x8503001F. I can not work
out how to match the two "profiles" (if that is what they are) back up so
they will synchronize again.

I would suggest that you make sure Outlook is in online mode and delete and
recreate the partnership. To delete and recreate the partnership:

1. Disconnect the PPC from the computer.
2. In Activesync -> File -> Delete Partnership.
3. Connect the device and follow the onscreen
instructions to setup a new partnership.
