Outlook Profile Prompt Will Not Turn Off

I recently reformatted my hard drive, did a clean install
of XP Home and then installed Office XP. However, I can
not get rid of the Outlook prompt requesting my
chosen "Profile". I only have one login to Windows XP
and one profile for Outlook called "Outlook" - obviously
the default. I have gone into Mail Services in Control
Panel and turned off prompting and set the solitary
profile to default, but the dialog box continues to pop
up! Any ideas on how to stop this?
