Outlook Profiles

I am using outlook 2007, I have 2 profiles, one is a POP3 based profile the
2nd is a exhange based profile.I have setup the profiles to prompt for
profile selection but each time I open outlook, it merely opens the last
profile I was in & teh only way I can get the other profile open is by
restarting my computer. Is there a fix? Thanks

Sound like Outlook is not exiting properly, next time you close outlook open
Task Manager>Running Processes, I would suspect outlook.exe is still running

Generally caused by third party add-ins or other apps that are intergrated
into outlook, eg AV software, Fax software etc Check in Outlook, Trust
Centre to see what addins are shown

Thanks, right on the money. The only thing is that I waited for 5 mins & it
still was showing in running processes, when i shut it down the profile
selection option was there.

Not sure I follow
In running processes you select outlook.exe then click end processs, ok the
warning dialogue
You may have to wait a while before starting Outlook, when you should then
get the Profile Prompt, I guess the wait is to allow win to 'catch up'
