Outlook PST backup tool

I downloaded the PST backup tool and ran it. However it would not show up in
Outlook/tools. I copied same file to notebook and ran it. Works! Any
suggestions for trouble shooting my desktop?

MS office 2007 (Outlook 2007) both machines
