What tool is that? You asked about a tool to strip parts of the .pst file
and create shortcuts. If you are looking at a tool to strip out parts of
Outlook folders, that is an entirely different matter. Folders can be
accessed by a number of tools to do a number of different things.
Accessing the .pst file is a completely different matter.
