outlook Pst file

hi all
i have outlook 2003 , my pst file size 2gb , i checked in microsoft site
there is one artical show you how to max the pst file size ,the path return
The policy location for the registry entries is located in the following
path in Registry Editor:

HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Policies\Microsoft\Office\11.0\Outlook\PST
The user preference location for the registry entries is located in the
following path in Registry Editor:
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Office\11.0\Outlook\PST

i can not find it in the registry i checked in 3 computer i can not found it
, there are any update to increase the size limit for pst

You must manually create this key but that won't solve your problem Although
you are running Outlook 2003 it appears you are still using an Outlook
97-2002 formatted pst-file which has a limit of 2GB and cannot be extended.
Create a new pst-file to have a limit of 20GB. If you cannot access your
pst-file anymore take a look here;
