outlook.pst folder empty

Yesterday I got an error that it wouldn't open my
folders, and to run scanpst.exe. I did that,
successfully. Now I have another error that my .pst file
has no personal file folders. I checked my outlook.pst
file and somehow it is now 0 kb. It used to be over
55,000 kb. I also see that I have a file called
outlook.bk, which is over 90,000 kb. Will that contain
all my info, and if so, how do I access it? Thanks.
