With the outlook 2003 (XP SP3) I have been experiencing this proble
To reduce the amount of data in the file, select some items that you no longe
need and then permanently delete them by pressing SHIFT + DELETE. You coul
consider using the new outlook prsonal folders file (.pst) introduced wit
outloo
2003 that provides greater capacity for storing items and folders.<<

I created new profile called outlppk.pst and rename old profile t
Outlook_OLD.pst,,,,and move all folders from Outlook_OLD.pst to Outlook.ps

But still I am experiencing same proble
