Outlook.pst

My outlook.pst file just disapeared. Nothing was going
on. One session it was there, the next it was gone.

Any suggestions on how to recover, I really don't want
to reattempt to gather the info again.

I know I should have backuped up the pst more frequently,

Search your hard drive for a file with the .pst extension. If using Windows
XP or 2000, enable searching hidden and system files.
