OUTLOOK .pst

Hi all
have a question on Outlook 2k .pst file.
That file is made with Outlook backup on second partition. I can see the
file is 28Mb big
but can't give it back into the Outlook. When I try in Outlook with
File/Open/PersonalFolderFile
and browse to the folder when my backup file is , open it but get the Inbox,
SentItems, Contact and
other folders empty. How? The .pst file is big enough to have those files.
What to do? Anyone has an idea how to get my mails back?

Thanks in advance for the info
Darko

Try running scanpst.exe against the file.

Does this "items found" means mail files? Is it possible that there is no
mail files in .pst
file of 28Mb? May win2ooopro change some "links" against the file so it
can't be
open?
The "program" or "plugin" with which I had been doing this is Outlook
Personal Folders Backup (193kb) and
can open all other .pst files from previous years (2002,2001).
I have tried with File/Import Export/Import from another program or
file/PersonalFolderFile (.pst)/
File to import (browse to my backup folder) Alow duplicates/when I click to
next new Personal Folders
are made in Folder List but when I Select the folder to import from
(Personal Folders or Inbox) , click Finish
that new Personal Folder disappear from Folder List. Am'I doing this
correctly? Can return of .pst file be done like this?

Thanks in advance
D
